As an Indian, I have been practicing Bhakti Yoga and Meditation as a form of prayer since an early age. I feel deeply connected to the Yogic way of living. In my younger years, I learned Asanas and attended various classes to incorporate Yoga into my daily life. However, I soon realized that this was not the profound experience I was seeking. My desire to explore the deeper meaning of Yoga led me to undertake a teacher training course out of curiosity and a commitment to self-improvement.
Nevertheless, this course turned out to be a life-changing experience. I delved into Yoga philosophy and began integrating it into my life. I started seeing Yoga as a spiritual and ongoing journey that extends beyond mastering physical postures. This transformative experience is something I am eager to share with you all. That’s why I’ve designed a class that not only focuses on the physical aspects of Yoga but also delves into its spiritual dimensions.
